Muggli 0.31 (CT/MRI); Childs US formula; Heinemann & Vauthey expected volumes

Estimates liver volume from cross-sectional dimensions (0.31 x L x W x H on CT/MRI per Muggli et al.; three-measurement ultrasound formula of Childs et al.) and computes expected standard liver volume from body weight (Heinemann) and from BSA (Vauthey), useful before hepatectomy and for hepatomegaly assessment.
