Categorizes liver observations in at-risk patients per ACR LI-RADS v2018: untreated observations are assigned LR-NC/1/2/3/4/5/M/TIV from major features (nonrim APHE, size, enhancing capsule, nonperipheral washout, threshold growth) with optional ancillary-feature adjustment; treated observations receive a treatment response (LR-TR) category.
