PI-RADS and Prostate MRI Tools
PI-RADS scores a lesion on MRI. PSA density needs a volume and a PSA. PSMA-RADS scores a different scan. The protocol page is how the MRI is acquired, not how a lesion is scored.
Educational reference for qualified professionals. Confirm the result against the source cited on the tool page and against local protocol.

Questions these pages get
Does PSA density change the PI-RADS category?
Not in the calculator. PI-RADS is an imaging assessment. PSA density is a separate number from volume and PSA. They are reported together often; they are not the same score, so they stay on separate pages.
