How this tool works
PSMA-RADS 1.0 (Rowe et al.) is a 5-point structured reporting system for individual findings and overall impression on PSMA-ligand PET/CT or PET/MRI. Higher categories indicate greater probability of prostate cancer. Categories 1 and 3 include lettered subcategories that encode anatomic reasoning and work-up strategy. Use primarily for lesions outside the prostate; primary intraprostatic assessment is often better served by PI-RADS / PRIMARY score frameworks.
