Coronary Calcium Calculators
An Agatston score is a calcium burden. A percentile says how that burden compares with other people of the same age, sex and ethnicity. CAD-RADS reports a contrast coronary CTA, which is a different examination from a calcium score.

Calcium score and coronary CTA
Keep the non-contrast calcium score and the CTA report separate. One does not generate the other.

Questions these pages get
Is CAD-RADS a calcium score?
No. CAD-RADS reports stenosis on coronary CTA. The Agatston score and the MESA percentile describe non-contrast calcium. A patient can have both examinations; they are not two names for one result.
